The price for one-week rental is $800.00, plus a 10% tourist tax.  (We ask that you provide a separate check for the tourist tax payable to "C.I. Government".) We invite you to extend your vacation at $120.00 additional per night. We require a $200 deposit, per week, to reserve your vacation dates.
         Once we receive your deposit we will send you our "booking package" which provides alots of information about the island and the cottage including discount dive packages and car rentals. Breezy is perfect for two people or two people with a small child.  The balance of the rental and tourist tax is due 30 days prior to your departure date. If you are booking less than 30 days in advance, we will require certified funds in full.  There are no other costs.

         Cayman Brac is a wonderful island.
