The price for one-week rental is $1,350.00, plus a 10% tourist tax.  (We ask that you pay the tourist tax in a separate check made payable to “C.I. Government”).  You are invited to extend your stay at Tradewinds for an additional $200.00 per night.  A $200 deposit is required, per week, to hold your vacation dates.  Prices are for four guests.  Groups of more than four require payment of $20.00 per person per day for the extra guest(s).  Once we receive your deposit we will send you our “booking package” that provides alot of information about the island and the house, including discount dive packages and car rentals. The balance of the rental and the tourist tax is due 30 days prior to your departure date.  If you are booking less than 30 days in advance, we will require certified funds in full.  There are no other costs.

              Cayman Brac is a wonderful, relaxing island.  You will have a great time !!!
