TRADEWINDS is a three-bedroom home, fully equipped, on its own private, secluded, white sandy beach.


TRADEWINDS is a three-bedroom home located on a reef-protected sandy beach.  The house will accommodate a maximum of four adults and two small children.    There are many mature palm and grape trees that provide shade from the ever-present sunshine.  

 
















This is a view of the living room, complete with a queen size futon and double futon.  There is cable TV and CD player.  
The view out the siding glass doors is of the reef-protected lagoon, with the sandy beach just on the other side of the 
stone wall.


 

The SCREENED - IN PORCH of Tradewinds, complete with hammock, swing and table and chairs for outdoor dining.  There is always a cooling breeze that flows through the porch and is very relaxing.  The view on the picture at left is what you see from the living room, kitchen and front bedroom.  There is a BBQ for grilling outdoors.



The pictures below show the expansive KITCHEN in Tradewinds.  It is fully stocked:  microwave, smooth-top range, full-size
refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, full array of dishware and silverware, all while having a wonderful view of the beautiful
blue Caribbean Sea!


















 

The MASTER BEDROOM has a private half-bath and a king-size bed.  We provide all towels and linens (no beach towels).  There are ceiling fans throughout the house and AC in the two main bedrooms. 


  








The GUEST BEDROOM is a queen size bed, with ceiling fan for cooling.  There is a master bathroom for use of all guests, with bathtub and shower.   

















The BUNK BEDROOM is an ideal sleeping quarters for children.
